- Years of construction experience in large scale multi-million-dollar commercial projects and smaller residential projects.
- Leading teams at a top international general contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, focused on local projects in Nebraska from new construction to complex commercial renovations.
Scott Lloyd
Operations Officer
- Over fifteen years of asset management and financial experience. Directs the day-to-day operations and accounting of KL’s properties.
- A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ having managed over $100 million in client funds and involved in deals worth over $4 billion. In addition to over $10 million in venture backed funding.
Josh Nix
Marketing Manager & Investor Relations Officer
- A real estate entrepreneur for the past 15 years as a landlord, lender, and developer for his personal real estate portfolio, short term rental company and Good Life Lending business.
Dan Hassing
Assistant General Counsel
- Helping with the compliance, litigation, and general legal needs of KL Capital.
- Dan is a partner at the law firm of Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP., here he focuses on property tax challenges, real estate lending matters, and complex commercial litigation.
